Rules of use of the Forum Il y a 2 Années, 4 Mois

Helpful forums are places to look for answers to questions. The volume of shared information obliges to respect certain rules so that we can quickly find the solution to our problem.
Make a preliminary search before asking a question. The solution to your problem was perhaps already found, or the discussion is perhaps already open. A Support page and a FAQ section are also available on our website.
Use comprehensible language. Avoid SMS messages types. Make sentences, with words, verbs, adjectives...
Do not post anywhere! This forum is composed of several spaces, each dedicated to various printer brands. If you don't find what you're looking for, or if you have doubts about the place to post, contact an administrator. If necessary, this could arise into a new space.
Be precise when you write a message and in the title's discussion which you will open. Titles like Heeeelp mee!!.. are useless and not informative. Describe your problem as much as possible.
Respect the initial subject. Do not answer a discussion by formulating an out of subject question, this harm the localisation of information.
Say thank you! It's no big deal, but when somebody brought his help with his answer, come back to say thank you. It doesn't cost a thing and it's pleasant. By the way, it encourages people to continue helping each other.
Give the solution if you find it. This will help other people encountering the same problem.
Following messages will be removed without warning
Messages containing insults and defamatory comments.
Links pointing towards sites containing illegal subjects and those attacking ethical morality (adult site...).
Messages containing commercial ads.
