There can be multiple reasons for which your impression is of bad quality. Here are some: 

• Have you waited enough time before reinserting your cartridges in the printer?
  
  
• Is paper that you use adequate?
  
  
• Print heads might be clogged. In this case, clean them preferably with a non-woven fabric (to avoir deposit of fibrils) and warm distilled water
  
  
• You did not use your printer for a long time? Ink might have dried off. In this case, purchasing a new one or getting it cleaned up in a shop are the only solutions.
  
  
• Try printing your printers test pages and cleaning cycles or try ours. Click here
  
  
• Have you followed the refill instructions thoroughly?
  
  
• It may be that your cartridge is at the end of its lifetime. (Worn out print heads, damaged plastic parts,..) In this case, recuperate the ink with the syringe and insert a new cartridge.
