The answer to this question is not clear in Europe. Generally, manufacturers recommend application of original materials. The manufacturer is obliged to carry out his guarantee, even if compatible or refilled cartridges were or will be inserted. With exception of damages which the compatible product might have caused, as for example a badly sealed cartridge which would have run in the interior of the printer. The exact terms of warranty can be downloaded on the Web site of the manufacturer. |
